Before You Book

SUITE POLICIES

This is a private luxury suite. Professionalism, punctuality, and respect are required.

💳 DEPOSIT POLICY

A deposit is required to secure your appointment and goes toward your service total. Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit.

📍 ARRIVAL POLICY

Do not sit outside the suite. Please text or call when you arrive and remain in your vehicle. You will be let into the building when ready.

⏰ LATE POLICY

10–15 minutes late = $10 late fee. Anything over 20 minutes late will require you to reschedule your appointment.

🚫 NO CALL / NO SHOW

If there is no communication and you miss your appointment, a fee will be charged to the card on file. No future services will be provided until the balance is cleared.

🤝 RESPECT THE SPACE

No smoking or vaping inside the building. Please use an inside voice and be mindful of others. Once your service is complete, please exit the suite so the next guest can be seated.

📅 MONDAY BOOKINGS
